Suzy Ryoo is the Co-Founder & President of Q&A alongside co-founders Troy Carter & J. Erving. Q&A is a modern music company seeking to empower artists and their teams through technology, tools and services.


She's worked at the intersection of tech, entertainment and media in Los Angeles for over 10 years. Since 2015, Suzy has served as the VP of Technology & Innovation at Atom Factory as well as a Partner at venture capital fund Cross Culture Ventures, where she finds, invests in and supports entrepreneurs creating next generation companies.


Suzy graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business in 2009. She serves on the non-profit board of URBAN TxT (Teens Exploring Technology) which exists to enable thousands of South Los Angeles teens to become catalysts of change through tech, community and leadership. Suzy is originally from South Korea, and immigrated to the United States with her family in 1992.
